*Integrative Medicine for Mental Health (IMMH) will e-mail all CME certificates as PDFs after the workshop(s).  If you require a hard copy be sent in the mail, please let us know.

*If you are a Nurse Practitioner (NP), please review the accreditation options carefully.  CMEs are the credits given to Nurse Practitioners (NP).  CEs are the credits given to Nurses (RN).  The processes to receive each of those are very different.  If you are a Nurse Practitioner (NP) who would like to get nursing hours to go toward your RN credentials, you may do so, but if you are wanting hours to go toward your NP credentials, you need to select CME.  Changes in accreditation type requests made after the conference will incur a $30.00 fee.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us with questions about this."
